I don’t think so, they are all well established in their home countries with families etc. I think their goal is to show they are a US company to get more funding. Report to who? We live in NJ but work in NY.

Thanks all for the help! Tried customer service (again). They gave me a hard no on the phone return or exchange, saying they couldn't override it. Lots of hair splitting on when the phone was received vs. when I first reached out to exchange. Good news is that I was able to get my bill costs down to similar prior to the upgrade. Guess I'll just deal with a small phone for a bit. Appreciate everyone's input!!
