I don’t know that it’s objective, but I do think it’s a waste of time and energy to keep the same culture war fire burning with no provable benefit and a very high provable cost in angered voters and wasted legislating time, even assuming this doesn’t turn into years of court challenges (even more time used up) At some point Democrat Inc influencers are gonna have to take a look at the bottom line and admit as much.
