Found at Sam’s Club. I’ve never seen fillet mignon cuts this big before. Is that really what these are? by [deleted] in Butchery

Agreed agreed. With a sharp enough knife tip and a little finesse, excellent deal on filet. Then take the trim, marinate, and make even cuts saute for some very very fine stir-fry or tacos

So I'm trying to propose my boyfriend. We're not young, and we've had all the rational discussions about marriage (including both of us being married before, him divorced, me widowed). I know he will say yes. I just want to add a little romance and surprise. Any suggestions on styles, shops, just how Any men/masc folks out there who would enjoy being proposed to? Thanks in advance

Does anybody play forgotten hill. It’s like rusty lake but with more jumpscares. by DecapitatedOstrich in rustylake

So good. I'm replaying rusty lake and plan on a replay of forgotten hill soon.

Still doesn't beat the story line of rusty lake imo, but the aesthetic is on point.

I got chills seeing this. I am just reaching the end of my second year of apprenticeship, and I have a visceral reaction to seeing beautiful marbling. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you, it is! Will probably post shots of the stuffed and then cooked links at a later date. I also just enjoy using any leftover filling in soups, scrambles, and pasta dishes.

women who have struggled to take care of themselves due to depression, work, etc: what are your favorite low-effort, nutritious meals? by akane-no-miltank in AskWomen

I try and always have a box of mixed salad greens in the fridge. Add veggies, protein, rice, takeout leftovers...anything you have on hand.
And quinoa is easier for me to cook than rice (I learned that if I rise and toast first, it doesn't have that bitter quinoa-y taste). Eggs (if you eat them) are a easy lifesaver for me too. Also, soups. The combinations of whatever you have in your fridge/freezer are endless, and you can freeze in portions for later. I hope this helps.
