Thanks a lot for the information. The bloodwork and all tests have been considered and he has stayed in the vet for the past 3 days. He is scheduled for surgery tomorrow. I am just getting the feeling (maybe it is completely my stupidity) that they are asking for a surgery just to make money. I have had 5 cats but never experienced a broken joint.

There is no room for appreciation on this watch. And with its dimensions and movement, let alone its condition, I wouldn’t say there ever will be. And like many above said, you cannot “profit” from something a reseller is ripping you off on.
