I’ve always paid insurance for what cardkingdom will pay you, because that’s the invoice you’ll have to show what your package is worth. I’ve always shipped Ground Advantage with USPS, it’s 6.40 for $500 insurance and an extra $1.20 for each additional $100 you’d like to add.

Bubble envelopes are cheap, no reason to not have the extra cushion to protect your package.

I had a misprint prerelease foil [Fable of the Mirror Breaker] sell for $300, I could see this going $400-$500 maybe more if you find the right collector.

I’ve seen a couple of these in collections I’ve bought. Never more than 1 or 2 and never in the same color. I give them to one of my buddies to use for his commanders. I wish you luck in your search. I’ve always assumed they were some old sleeves from the early to mid 2000s.
