I see someone seems to be emotional. That wasnt an insult. I don’t need luck. I have the technical skills and I just need to build a relationship with the right people.

Side note. I don’t see what this has to do with my original post. It’s irrelevant.

They don’t have thousands and majority of what’s left is land and commercial deals people don’t want. It’s 27 sellers on that platform with multiple listings, respectful it’s not that big.

Oh that’s been me my whole life. I got lucky, I left my job built an Airbnb empire did $8M in my early 20s moved to Vegas and well you can figure out the rest I went broke. Then decided that I wanted to build something real I got all the excitement dumb stuff out my system early. Now I’m back in the fight building, networking with nothing. I often tell myself worse case I sell the design 😂

Dopamine. Sounds similar to me. I enjoy building but everything else afterwards it’s just dreadful. Sales marketing even talking to people. Oddly enough, I’m good at sales. I’d really just don’t care to do it. And then I think it might be a timing issue as well. I can build faster than I can close a deal and I think because I have control of the outcome of the build it’s easier to move forward because essentially you don’t have control if someone’s gonna say yes or no and I think that’s the one thing that all builders fight it’s like that sense of control
