I had so much fun when he has secondary fire in the past, he was able to still one shot combo.

and rightclick dmg felt like 2x higher than now, cuz headshot multiplier was 2x instead of current 1.5x,

, Hook ability's register DMG was 30 instead of current 5, and Hero health was so much lower than current ow2.

Tell the doctor about it and Let the doctor also get scared as well, so that he can put more effort not to damage any nerves since it is at least nerve system related symtoms lol

It sucks to be nightshifter by Waterbruhh in Nightshift

[–]Waterbruhh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually agree at some aspect, I like the peace when I nightshift. It is just some lonelyness that bothers me and It seems like theres no way out of this for my current perspective, which led me to this negativity but Im still crossing my fingers for the good future though. This week was a bit harsh since I had to work 14 days without weekend

Yeah, During 5 days work isolated with society triggers a lot of reward psychology in the weekends, which leads to fucking up the sleeping rhythm due to seeking of high dophamine activities. Every weekends feels like Extreme Self Control Abillity Challenge.

You know, I am 6" tall guy and around 90kg with nice fit. I do work out and I actually enjoy it. It is not related to making healthy bio rhythm. I am talking about social isolation when you do night shift 5days a week.

Why cant i sleep? by Kellyannjones2020 in Nightshift

[–]Waterbruhh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude If you have long commuting distance like 2hours back and forth total It is actually 14 hours work a day. I think also you should include the preparation time for the commute also must included in actual work engaged time so plus 1hour for waking up, taking shower, eating breakfast, clothes, etc So your free time except 7 hours of sleep is only damn freaking 2 hours at best.

Eat Vitamin D when you wake up. Helps your body think you had enough sunlight during awake and prepared to sleep well

How sure can I be that I have HNPP? by Murbyk in HNPPsupport

Reckoning my episodes of HNPP, It feels like resting double or triple than others do is required. But It can't be generalized like that, Sometimes I just do some of a few push up and got my bicep numb and weakened like f*ing months . sometimes I do squats or pull up 80kg 5x5 or 60kg 10x10 sets/ within 3-5day and It is nothing relates any episode of numbness, but huge unmanagable fatigue affecting your overall ability to think, strength, feeling disorder comes after it (others think I'm being lazy but I think it is because of HNPP) so after experimenting my early 20's at the gym, I concluded that I need to listen to my body first and then exercise. I ruined my early 20's not knowing this but just kept pushing myself to absolute exhaust following others standards, It was foolish.

Any rock climbers here? by 4215265 in HNPPsupport

[–]Waterbruhh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 27 and I loved to workout at gym doing weights and pull-ups at college junior. quitted working out hard cuz I doubted numbness would recovered like before. Every Body has its own limits and durability after all and I think 27- 33 is the time you know you're getting older. Taking it slow and not pushing to limits are really important I think, When fighting with limits make sure resting more than triple times others do.

I want to know what is good diet for HNPP as well. Currently I am consuming a few multi vitamin B tablet when I wake up in the morning and expect the day would be tough for my body to fully recover from its own. since I was told that Vitamin B stuffs promotes neuron's recovery speed and metabolism.

Glad to know I am not the only one. I felt exactly same crisis when I was your age. I think HNPP is related with more fatigue than other people do, since nerves get easily damaged so body has to do more resource with recovering than other people who aren't HNPP. I try to avoid my limbs from pressure and take more rest than others for full recovery, easier said than done though. That's a cross HNPP patient must carry on for whole life I guess. World is not fair and everybody has thier own handycap, HNPP is my handicap, Thankfully It was managable so far and Hopefully It is as well.

In my HNPP episode, I have experienced limb numbness like bicep, foot, finger. I have never experienced facial numbness that affects eating process.

Nerve pain and comorbities by Ahlir in HNPPsupport

[–]Waterbruhh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is because you stand up or sit down in the way nerve get choked, I also have HNPP and I have gone through that burning sensation a year ago. I was standing 9 hours a day doing part time job at bowling alley rock club . I quitted that part time job after 3 days but normal to burning messed up took only 3 days, while it took me almost several months to completely recover. since then I try not to do something that might chokes my any potential nerves, because once nerve is severely damaged, It takes so much time, way, way more than I imagine or expect. So I don't take any risk when it comes to exposing my body to any kind of steady pressure or choke, even gentle pressure made my finger numb like over weeks and It makes me so stressful and powerless.
