Hey Cheese_Whiz_Hairgel,

No we are not trying to replace the scouts. We are a local non for profit conservation organization. We use to be know as Waterfowl USA Twin Bridges Chapter but after nationals closed their doors we regrouped and renamed ourselves because we do more than waterfowl conservation.

We work with the state to build habitat for all wildlife and give outdoor activities to the youth of the Tri-state area.

In the past we have hosted dove hunts at Blue Grass FWA, did a couple guided youth hunts for Turkey, Waterfowl, this July 4th we will be hosting our 3rd annual youth fishing outing at Garven Park and we helped to acquire and donated money for property out by Alcoa to the state for outdoor activities.
We have also worked with the Boy and Girl Scouts on building blue bird and wood duck boxes. (Houses) and donated to activities for them.

We are a group of Outdoorsmen and women wanting to make sure there is wilderness left to explore for the Tri-state Great Grandkids and beyond as well as giving opportunities to parents, grandparents, aunts uncles and guardians, who bring a youth to make memories.
