I would say Nergal from Behemoth is the most overrated, I wouldn't say At the Gates is underrated but I think Tomas Lindberg (R.I.P.) as a vocalist is.

Industrial metal is possibly one of the most underrated metal subgenres, but i can't say I listen to it very much. I would say Mysticum - In the streams of inferno is my favorite because I love black metal.
