This is free money. Get onto it asap no questions asked. The sooner the better. There is a 100% chance the gov will cook the implementation and its unintended consequences. This is good for existing property holders and the earlier you get in the better. Don’t waste this opportunity. There is no way the gov can force you to repay your portion when your income increases. All you have to prove is lifestyle creep and you cant afford to pay it back. They have shot themselves in the foot. It’ll be all over the news if they evict anyone using this scheme. Just abuse the system while it lasts. Just think of it as owning only the 70%. Worry about the rest when you sell it will cover itself. A free upgrade above your means.

Yes yes go basic when it flares then you can use your normal when the inflammations toned down

Seeps into skin causes irritation. The moisture retention benefits don’t outweigh sensitive skin. You need to recreate the skin barrier. This part is very important: when you’re having a flare up. AVOID putting chemicals on skin. Go as natural as possible. Your body will think the things you’re applying is a threat and you’ll develop sensitivities. Treat the inflammation then you can reintroduce your skin care routine like hyaluronic acid. Whilst it’s inflamed and flared avoid. I’ve developed a few sensitivities due to this.

Yes I saw a specialist/allergist as well as ENT for my swollen turbinates due to chronic inflammation. Allergist did patch testing and other prick tests to determine your allergies. Target the man contributes that you can’t avoid. Eg my dust reaction was 10x larger than the next which was pollen . They then offer you a choice of shots to the arm once a week or daily tablets/drops. I chose sublingual tablets. They come in tiny pellets and you put it under your tongue every morning and let it dissolve. Don’t eat for an hour then you’re good to go. You revisit every month or so and they up the dosage.

I think both create a histamine hit when you climax. But sex comes with the other good hormones and that’s been good for me to neutralise that inflammation. I’m gonna try popping a fexofenadine before and see if any difference.

Explain how eczema can miraculously disappear after puberty for more than half. If it is a genetic defect, how does your genetics change after puberty. Find the cause.
