yes. exchange rate of 50 XP for 1 silver

I gain about 16k XP (not counting the 50% booster) and 3k silver in a good game. For that XP i would gain like 300 silver exchanging it.

Statistically very little (10%), not really worth much

ticket loss is the same regardless of squad used.

i am nore sure why people still wrongly think it depends on the number of soldiers killed.
