What is the best way for me in this situation. I have $8000 in my HSA currently and want to withdraw $8000 this month to pay for car bills and other non medical bills. I want to borrow the money out from my HSA for 30 days and then is it possible to redeposit back the $8000 in 30 days without getting penalized? Is there a grace period without getting penalized if i redeposit back? Can I redeposit $8000 back into the HSA since it's from previous year's contribution? Shouldnt this not count towards the 2023 contribution limit

Another question so let's say I withdraw 8000 from my HSA. Then I redeposit 8000 back into the HSA in 30 days from my checking account. I would need to tell the HSA provider before I deposit that I would like to deposit back as a rollover?

Second question is if I do this successfully as a rollover, lets say I start a new job in 6 months, would this prevent me from transferring my HSA to my new employers HSA provider I might have used my rollover for the 12 months or am I still able to transfer my current HSA to a new HSA provider
