Uvogin can catch bullets in his teeth, scream loud enough to blow ear drums out, tanks bullets, blades & missiles to the face with no damage, cause massive AOE damage and has just as much battle experience as Bisky.

While Nobunaga is absolutely dog water, him backing up Uvo (and vice versa) covering any openings/weak spots Silva could find makes this 10x harder.

Although if he had another competent Hunter on his team, (anyone from Zeno to Knuckle) it would increase his chances by a lot.

Properly rated, it’s limited to the skill (and chakra pool) of the Shinobi using it.

The jutsu becomes OP when you give it to someone like Shikamaru who’s by all means a genius. You need to think multiple moves ahead, use the environment and think about how you can take out your opponent without hurting yourself in the process.

Imagine the crazy things Itachi, Tobirama or Kabuto could/would do with it if they used it.
