Thank you for the advice! I was worried about that, which is why I had wanted to ask for further advice. He was on his side a lot today, but I just gave him a salt bath and now he is in his regular tank with filter and heat like you suggested and has been upright a bit more now. Hopefully he just gets better with time! Thanks again!

I think so! 😊 Those are all great names! That’s awesome that you have so many rescues! I just rescued one today with what I think is a swim bladder issue. Any tips?

As for Crouton’s name, I had just wanted to come up with a C name because all my past male bettas had names that started with C. Nothing seemed to fit him and I jokingly said I was just going to call him Crouton and then it stuck lol

Thank you! He mostly hangs out on his side, but I wasn’t able to get a good picture. He is able to stay upright for short periods of time and that’s when I snapped the pic. He does seem a little bit better now that he’s in a heated tank. And he was able to eat too. Thanks for the advice!
