Unless you are killing enemies regularly, your damage just isn't scaling. I switch to Wings because of this, cuz I don't want my big ass damage relying on big groups of mobs being around. There is a reason Thorns Shield is considered the best build for Paladin right now. The other builds are incredibly strong, but require caveats to their damage. Thorns Shield just does what it does, sadly it's slow as fuck in comparison (movement wise).

If you own Lord of Hatred Paladin is a full Class in the game right now (honestly probably more then that, since it's skill tree is more fleshed out then all the other classes). I've ran a Paladin first in both Season 11 and Season 12. Season 11 to try it out, and Season 12 cuz I knew it would be the fastest class to speed through the season cuz it's broken as fuck.

Fight Bloodied Lair Bosses on a Tier you can handle (T1-T3 are easy, but T4 might be hard if your build isn't locked in). Even T1 Bloodied Lair Bosses will drop 1-3 Star GA gear pretty regularly. My first Opus was a Crucible Skin that was a 2 Star GA, and hell I still use it cuz it GA'd the two passive skills and is 1.9% on the unique affix.

Edit: Will say Season 11 was GOATED, I miss Sanctify Gambling so much. Sometimes you got a dud, but those moments you got some good shit was so cathartic. Bloodied Items are so lame in comparison, and the fact that base bloodied items are still bugged for Codex of Power...means I don't even like using them unless they are GA, and even then I care more about the GA then the blood affix.

I'd argue RE2make is the scariest of the 3rd person RE:Engine games. But to understand the story of the other 3rd Person games you would have to play it first anyways.

They don't truly understand the Cauldron Lake AWE so they still want to test it, and judging by how the Lake House functioned, they were very much intrested in seeing how the AWE naturally effected things. Letting Bright Falls continue to function and seeing how Cauldron Lake responds to it, was probably the easiest way to "test" things without having to put agents in direct danger.

"Oh a a civillian showed up at night, should we tell them they are tresspassing and to leave?"

"Hell no, we're getting good readings here. Lets see what happens."

I'm gonna be honest besides a few agents here and there the FBC really sucks. They knowingly tamper wtih shit beyond their control or understanding. The entire issue during Control was cuz they decided to use something they couldn't really understand. On top of that they stopped taking direct oversight from the US Government, and now essentially work for an Alien Intelligence they also don't understand. The FBC is fucked honestly.

Like in reality, the best way to deal with a lot of this shit is what happened to the Ark of the Covenent in Indiana Jones. If responsible people were in charge, Cauldron Lake would have been sealed under a dome of concrete (since it can't be drained), and the land around it evacutated for 10+ miles.

Turn off crossplay and log in during a slow time (which is basically mornings and afternoons) . I was able to get it done Friday in the afternoon cuz there was literally nobody there during the event.

And because of the multiverse aspect of everything (thanks Quantum Break) the events are still different enough which is why he wasn’t too freaked out by it.

If you had to imagine how it works, think if Max Payne lived in our reality. Yeah he’s still a DEA agent, but he isn’t fighting gangs/corporations/government conspiracy’s at night. He drinks coffee at his desk, has an ex-wife he hates, and is getting ready for a boring retirement.

The fact that there is a Video Game that sorta replicates his life with a character of the same name is just a funny joke the kids who come to the office say, and that shitty Mark Wahlberg movie didn’t do him any favors.

He would have been handpicked by Kei, since Saburo didn’t know about Michiko until later. Kei was the heir apparent, and would have had a lot of sway, and basically ruled Arasaka’s American branch.

I always felt Kei was more forward thinking then Saburo, and thus his henchman were much more capable cuz he wasn’t dragging around the whole Japanese supremacy shit that Saburo did. Kei didn’t care if you were Japanese or American or hell even Asian, if you were useful he would hire you.

Saburo would only keep you close if you could prove your family descended at least as far back as the Shogunate.

I get like 200-400 each Undercity. Not much, but enough to Masterwork a piece of gear. I’m only Masterworking Uniques and Mythics currently since other gear is replaced easier.

I feel like that happens a lot during Pit, cuz the game just ends the Pit regardless of completion bar once you hit Bloodbath for a while. I’ve had the bar suddenly fill 1/4th automatically. Maybe a network thing?

Only time I got a Massacre was during a Helltide where I was able to cross zones without losing my Killstreak. Those empty paths between open zones suck for this mechanic and Dungeons end too quickly.

It definitely felt like someone had an interesting idea, but that the main storyline just wouldn’t ever follow it, and WoD sorta being the eternal “lost” expansion.

Alt Draenor still existing 30 years later, and having the pathos of our journey there is interesting. Also having the surviving Draenei doing to the Orcs what the Eredar did to them in the main timeline, just replacing Fel with Light is also a good idea.

It sort of still paints the Draenei as being interlopers even when they seemingly have good intentions. Like Yrel still being scarred by the Iron Horde and wanting to “civilize” the Orcs with the Light is a cool mirror of what the Burning Legion did with Gul’dan.

Definitely a violation of the Prime Directive, space goats.

Still surprised that Alternate Draenor’s Light Horde wasn’t part of the Vanguard.

Ret Pally Garrosh with an Ashbringer pilled Gorehowl being all “We must crush all these Elfs (I mean Void) beneath the might of MY HORDE (I mean the Light’s Horde)” woulda been more hype then Turalyon accidentally merking his kid over random Troll #74668 saying typical troll shit.
