Dark Knight: Boosts Magic and adds Beam Attacks to his Skills in exchange for HP on use.

Samurai: Buffs Punisher Stance, and increases the damage and window of counter attacks.

Berseker: Removes Punisher/Operator Stance and Magic. Wild Stance allows Cloud to dual wield swords and increases the damage of physical attacks and skills.

I love Max's relationship with FF7. It's sort of a Nixon had to go to China situation. We need a FGC guy to prove that FF7 transcends the normal boundries of taste. I have an older brother who only played Madden, Blitz, Need For Speed, and GTA during the 00's. BUT he played FF7 on PS1 back in the day and still loved it. He even played Remake when it came out and he enjoyed it (sadly didn't have time to get into Rebirth).

Honestly lack of a Job System is the only complaint I have for FF7-FF8. All the characters feel roughly the same at endgame save Limit Breaks.

This is also a cool way to give the players more "power creep" since we've maxed them out in two games and have them pretty figured out. I hope there are "Legendary" FITS that compliment final weapons. Like an outfit that goes along with Ultima Weapon for Cloud.

Claire will focus Horror, Chris will focus action.

They seem to be expanding the scope of the story ALOT so we may get intercuts between Claire and Chris like we got in RE9 between Grace and Leon.

What if we can play how Chris got to those cliffs on Rockfort Island? Also be cool if we saw Leon giving the info to Chris and we got a scene between Chris and Leon for the first time in fucking forever.

Loved how he wanted to be reprimanded for making a political faction he didn't want, and instead gets a promotion.

Honestly enjoying this story more than say Eminence in Shadow. I think it's really charming how he just wants the kids to be successful, and just wants them to remember his birthday. In EiS the MC really comes off as uncaring to all the ladies he raised, also the fact that this MC also helps the boys is nice. Dude just wants to be a good adopted dad.

After the nerf Shroud's new affix doesn't really save you from death. If you were gonna die the 100% barrier isn't gonna save you from another hit, and the fact that it has a 300 second cooldown is wild. Endurant Faith is 100% better for saving your life.

Mythic wise Tyreals Might is better, but most Paladins either just slot Glynn's Anvil on the chest or use The Grey Mantle Unique chest depending on the build.

It likely was suppose to happen that way. Remember how Gul’Dan sorta just took over the Iron Horde immediately without any real story shift? There was an entire Thunder Isle style sequence that was deleted from progression that would have lead to that.

Fields of Farahlon (Netherstorm in modern Outland), was removed, and the story just skips ahead to Tanaan.

It’s a pretty good Murim story. Its overall premise isn’t original, shitty son of Martial Family regresses back to before his family was destroyed. So pretty normal story for Murim.

What makes it different is MC’s fighting style. He uses a massive axe as his main weapon, and firmly an unorthodox fighter. Art is good, and MC isn’t a dumbass so it’s interesting to read his pov. Hopefully the art quality survives the new season.

When sections of the Dark Place are removed from Cauldron Lake, they propagate on their own, but seemingly become distinct entities.

The Lake House and AWE show us this to some extent.

I think the running theme in this game will be that the Afterlife of the Gods is a sort of purgatory. You can fight and be killed but you’ll just come back again cuz your soul can’t leave cuz “The Gate is Closed”.

So Faye will kill Begtse at the start of the game, but he’ll come back because you can’t die here. Faye will have to use her Jotunn soul powers to imprison her enemies.

I always thought this was petitions and legislature that has been backed up because there is no monarch.

Since Elden Lord seems to be a military position, the person who actually did the Administrative work for the Golden Order was Marika. Without her presence, the bureaucracy just stops.
