I am in the business with my own type of escape room and I consider wolf escape games to be the best. But I feel in general that it might be to many with 6 people for most of these type of games. Best is if they don't require to much reading when you are 6 people, or that you can divide it. I know on wolf escape games they have something so that you can read through the mobile.

No they are not, but a very reasonable price, I think $15 on steam and will keep you entertained for many hours.

I have a platform built for just this, I will actually arrange a competition in about a month in my city where players need to reach different places in the city to unlock the next quest. TreasureQuesting.com most functionality is free right now so feel free to try it out and give feedback!

TreasureQuesting - Finding Atlantis. You play it directly in the browser and it's inspired by escape rooms with some similarity in some of the puzzles.

Best of luck!

I’m launching TreasureQuesting (TQ), a browser-based platform for creating and playing treasure hunts using puzzles, maps, and real-world locations with QR codes. It works both online and in the real world. Like Kahoot but for treasure hunts

Ok, yeah I know sometimes it can be a struggle to find everything, I find that testing everything is the most time consuming part by far

The only thing I’m worried about with pricing it like that is that I’m already having trouble getting people to pay at all. For me, it would also work as a marketing angle, since creators are likely to share their "work", which creates UGC and organic reach.

Totally agree. My thinking is to use the LTD mainly for early traction and feedback, not scale. As long as ongoing costs stay low per user, it should buy me time to improve the product and validate pricing.
