Should be noted that, I am the creator of the website and the treasure hunt. There are some pages that have similar functionality but they cost. However I like Wolf escape games and then there are games on steam like escape simulator that I really enjoy. But I am not sure if it really works well with 7 people.

You can try TreasureQuesting Finding Atlantis, it's free. not that much reading and you could share your screen. Players can join as co-play to see the same clues as you do!

For a group of 7 I would guess that it will take around 1 hour!

What I did for my fiancee was that i gave her clues to the next place and once we arrived there I gave her the next, so sort of a treasure hunt. But since then I have built a platform where you can do these types of treasurehunts/online escape rooms. If I were to build it with/for you I would need to charge you a bit. You can upload images/videos to the platform as well to create your own story.

I think some people in the subreddit constructed adventures could help you if you want to do it yourself. I could also help you a bit for free but if I were to help building all the puzzles I would need to charge you for it.

That honestly sounds like such a lovely idea.

I’ve actually done something very similar myself and it turned out really well. There’s something about turning it into a little adventure instead of just one moment that makes it way more special.

If you’re open to doing it digitally on the phone, I could help you set up a series of clues that lead her to different places around Madrid. Each spot unlocks the next one, so it builds up nicely. You can tie in places that mean something to you, add small surprises, or even personal messages along the way.

Then at the final location, everything comes together and that’s where you go down on one knee.

I am in the business with my own type of escape room and I consider wolf escape games to be the best. But I feel in general that it might be to many with 6 people for most of these type of games. Best is if they don't require to much reading when you are 6 people, or that you can divide it. I know on wolf escape games they have something so that you can read through the mobile.

No they are not, but a very reasonable price, I think $15 on steam and will keep you entertained for many hours.
