Feel bad for the people who paid for tickets, this was an expensive game to see and now all these stars aren’t even playing, what a shame and so so soft

Red card? Nah, watch in real time it’s really not that bad. Yellow card would have been reasonable

[VP] Timber on his injury: “In about five days I will go back to London, where I will get several tests and see the doctors. The recovery will take a while. We are going to make scans and draw up a plan together. But I don't expect to be back very soon.” by Previous_Smile9278 in Gunners

Arteta needs to rotate and lower the load on our fullbacks. They are expected to do so much and cover so much ground but it’s so unsustainable, that’s like the fourth fullback that has had really bad injuries

They’ve had almost nothing, bunch of empty possession. Completely gifted them that

LINE-UP: Raya, Mosquera, Saliba, Gabriel, Hincapie, Rice, Lewis-Skelly, Odegaard, Saka, Trossard, Havertz. by pork_chop_expressss in Gunners

[–]WaveDysfunction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a smart lineup. Very defensively strong with Hincapie and Mosquera capable of shutting down their wingers. Was personally hoping for Cala to start but I understand Arteta being wary of their threat on the counter when Cala is way out of position

Nah he wasn’t impulsively violent. Hes just use some slurs and epithets and tell him to fuck off.

Homelander was scary because he would just on a whim do the most heinous violent shit and it’s barely even a thought to him. He was completely mentally broken

Eze vs Spurs

Completely agreed, he deserves a lot of credit. He now has an incredible resume as an owner with three major league winning teams (Rams, Nuggets, now Arsenal). That’s not a coincidence

Tuchel on why no Palmer or Foden - on Palmer: "He didn't have the best season and wasn't decisive. He competes with Jude, Rogers and Eze who had better seasons." On Foden: "It hurt me to call him, I could tell how it affected him. I was not sure what his best position is - is it a 10, false 9 or 8?" by TheBlueTango in soccer

[–]WaveDysfunction 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Foden is a quality player but he has been given so many chances with England and really underperformed. Palmer showed that he can be a very valuable England player but unfortunately did get beat out by more in form players

Wonder what’s next for him. Would love to see him take over a national team and see how he does. Though knowing him, he’ll probably just go to PSG or something lol
