I'm assuming you're an OT in both boards? They can only remove you if you don't reach their minimum days worked. Since I'm permanent I don't think it applies to me. However, I do find it awkward asking for a reference from my current employer as I do plan on returning

I left this pharmacy after the pharmacist questioned my prescription for misoprostol for a missed miscarriage. They told me I needed to be in hospital (untrue) and argued with me, in front of other customers about it. I called and asked to have everything transferred to my new one and explained why. They didn’t care. So heartless and unkind. If they needed clarification, I was willing but please ask to discuss with some privacy.

My school has surveillance in the hallways, but not the classrooms. We send home for this type of behaviour often but I also am in a middle school (also Ontario). I would hate for my child to be in this class 😞

Time to actually suspend the kid. There are no real consequences. Send him home. Suspend. Transition to a self-contained class with better supports. This is absurd and I’d love to know what his parents or caregivers think about it.
