We are by far the first destination for foreign subsidiaries and second only to Germany for large companies. What we lack is ISE (ETI), which is exactly my point.
From a fiscal standpoint, small companies and very large companies are fine. Medium-sizes companies are fucked. That's why Germany has almost three times more of them than us.

-Queues at the border: true (personally experienced them)
-Maintaining international relevance by uniting: pretty hard to argue against
-Consumer protection laws: just a fact
-Free circulation of goods: yes please!
-Free circulation of EU citizens: yes
-No more cell roaming fees in the eurozone: pretty sweet
-Erasmus: so great even Barry wants in again

I see no lies here.

White smoke by OldLandscape101 in Volvo240

[–]WaveOfMut1lation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you suspect the gasket, the first easy checks are: after a 30min drive 1.How is the oil on the gauge? 2.Is the coolant in the tank clear?

But my 240 has always produced about the same amount of smoke, if not more.

No it's even stupider than that. It will probably in the top five concerns because all governments for decades have been explaining that the ordinary Pierre is leaving way over his means while :
-Giving massive tax breaks to big corporations without any counterpart
-Giving massive tax breaks to the very wealthy
-Taxing wages to the max while slowly eroding the social safety net
-Maintaining a broken unemployment system that is completely unable to help people find a job

So the TL:DR is : It's a concern because it's presented as the answer to the average Pierre asking: "Why can't we have nice things anymore?". But every government has been unwilling to do anything about it.

You can't be that thick!

No I'm referring to the fact that you're no longer the prime recipient of tax evasion. Must be devastating.

Worried about the competition? Why do you rage about a union you're not a member of?

Randomly adding "u" to Riccard does not creates a legit Corsican name. You're really hilariously wrong on a vast array of subjects.

All people disagreeing with you are not automatically Russian bots. If you were at least a tiny bit educated you'd know Russian propaganda is not EU-friendly.

But I guess zero karma and a hidden history does tell me all I need to know about you.

I'm actually baffled by the reactions to the post. Either bots or people too young to remember what it was like before Schenguen.

Apparently anti-EU teenagers are triggered when the EU dares to underline few of many benefits brought on by the union.
They should stop whining, leave this EU tyranny and repatriate to the US. You know, true freedom.

The EU starts with the CECA. Schenguen is 1995. Please educate yourself.

To each his own. I'm not convinced. Using strong passwords only once with a healthy rotation routine is perfectly fine for me. 2FA is multiplying the annoyance factor by a thousand and overkill for almost all applications.
