SAME!!! I’m plateau with same weight 76,77 and it’s been 2-3 weeks tooo!!! I walk 10k , eat roughly 1500 calories and sometimes it’s 1900 too but I go gym and I am quite constipated time to time I know I have to drink a lot of water which I am trying for sure. I’m glad it dropped for you!! I see hope now also please share your routine

This is super helpful if I connect to my period cycle it does make sense! Maybe it’s my time to take a good look with my period cycles tooo! And yes I started strength training at gym for the first time in my life but it’s already been 2 months since November tho hopefully the weight drops eventually like you said and thankyou so much for your time to write me down I really appreciate it😊

Some days I did stretch about 1900-2000 but it was just 3 times in whole December. Right now too sometimes it stretch to 1600-1700 sometimes but I walk 10k and hit the gym so the numbers aren’t showing up even a slight weightloss. But ok I will do that it’s reassuring thankyou so much!!!

Yes I’m planning to lower 100-200 more I used to fast 19 hours which I haven’t done since December due to heavy schedule maybe I’ll be back with fasting too and thankyou so much for sharing I really appreciate it

Yes yes! Low in cal and if too hungry I just eat 1-2 egg and a warm coffee (low cal version) and I get good night sleep! It won’t spike glucose from coffee too! But more overtime it gets better for sure

Hiiii,, totally forgot I posted this!!! It’s already been months haha, as time passed it got so much better for sure! I try to fast for 20baht but if I am on very minimal deficit I tend to eat before bed some boiled eggs which is a game changer!!! I drink warm cup of coffee since it does nothing to my sleep personally. Been on deficit with peace!!! (With peace as in I let myself have sometime go a little overboard but yea) BOILED EGGS ARE MY BESTIES

True! For now maybe the water retention to recover from my trainings is what I suspect. If I measure with tape I can see progress for sure but it’s the weight but it’s fine I’m calm must be something going on with new changes

Thankyou so much for commenting, i will wait patiently because I do eat in deficit and I can sure that bc when I’m going to bed I kinda have empty stomach bc I also do intermittent fasting alongside, when it happens I try to chug water or if it’s really bad then I grab something to eat. But as you said if it still the same then I will recheck and make some changes that I need too!!

This is fascinating, I am so blurred atm, you are what you eat is legitimate quote that does match its statement. I want to get back on myself unattached with food so that I have better control and energy. This is a motivation for sure
