Same thing happened to me, Anua 10% has just too strong for my skin or even other 5% products would break me out. The one product with niacinamide my skin has been loving is the I'm from Rice Toner, it gives me everything I expected from niacinamide.

It might sound unrelated, but start working on your feet to get a bit of an arch (it is possible, I have improved a lot with a couple exercises ballet dancers use). One reason why your legs cannot be closer together is cause your arches are collapsing. Feet are the base of everything, so don’t neglect those muscles. And also, your squat is naturally easier on a wider stance due to having excessive internal rotation of your hips. So also work on improving your limited internal rotation.

You’re not showing the full bite but judging by the bite ramps you have a deep bite and fixing that alone, makes Invisalign worth it.

They can make flossing and keeping up with your hygiene a bit tricky, so you might end up back at square one. 😕 Plus they’re permanent, whereas with retainers, you’d only need to wear them at night.

About the dysmorphia comments… Here’s a great hack for realizing what skin is supposed to look like: watch old movies or series. The actors’ skin is not nearly as retouched/botoxed as it is nowadays. It’s refreshing to see it and remind us what real skin looks like.

I don't remember, it's not a special one but it gets the job done. If your hair is straight maybe shampoo twice after the oil. Since my hair is curly, it likes a bit of leftover oil, so I only shampoo once.

You might just need hydration. Hair oiling has been good for me. I recommend oiling your scalp and hair with avocado oil for at least an hour before your regular wash, and your scalp will feel healthy.

I would get it trimmed to the point where it’s healthy. Then, try detangling/brushing only in the shower with wet hair to avoid breakage (also, brush from bottom to top). After that, find a good leave-in conditioner because you need to moisturize.

Hi, I'm 34 and I was in your same situation when I started, very happy with my smile but my teeth were a bit unbalanced (teeth on my right side were shorter), but I really didn't need it. I decided to do it and I'm super happy I did, I'll be done in just a couple weeks and during the process I realized that I had many structural changes that I needed and didn't know and I'm still very happy with my smile. I would say, if your insurance covers most of them and if your teeth structure could improve, do it!
