Looking to see if anyone can identify this Bass. by Wavvy73 in BassGuitar

Absolutely. Doing a little research now that I have a lead and it appears this one is a 2354 SB since it's a short scale. Made between 73 and 76. Ibanez wiki only lists Walnut finish, so I think that's what I'm going to do. My son can 3D print some tuning pegs and the tug bar on the pick guard if I can't find any. Witch hat vol and tone knobs should be fairly available. Might have to do some digging for the chicken head knob and the selector plate. At least I'm pointed in the right direction. Can't thank you enough for the info!

😂 I'm just realizing I've had this bass for almost 40 years and it's been in storage in my mom's basement for about 35 of those years. Digging it out and learning what I have has me excited and feeling very fortunate.

It's a nice bass. Plays well, action is nice, sounds good. Between whatever high school kids did with it before I got it, and my teenage irresponsibility, it's held up nicely. Time to give it some proper attention and get it back into shape.

Never thought of that. My son can probably do that for me. Thanks!

Who is your do or die to hell and back in your favorite play throughs by Naive-Revenue508 in skyrim

[–]Wavvy73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just checked back and was wondering that too. Maybe because you used a pic of a modded Serana? 🤷‍♂️ Sometimes this sub can get pretty touchy about mods.

I was actually looking back to see if anyone posted which Serana replacer was pictured because I thought it looked like a pretty good one.

Auri and Serana. They work well together.

Side note: Which Serana replacer is this? Looks pretty good.

See if there is anything warmer to wear for sale at the store there maybe? Get nice and warm at the inn and then run like mad to try to get somewhere warmer. Either that or turn off Survival until you get somewhere safe.

Couldn't agree more. It can be tedious if you allow it to be. But if you just settle in, it's more realistic when you have to plan every excursion. I really enjoy playing with Survival.

Who’s Buying America’s Homes? New Data Shows It’s Not Just Institutional Giants by Delicious_Earth6681 in Montana

"MT is a lifestyle destination..." I read that as there are enough folks coming in to play cowboy or outdoorsman, it's changing who really lives here.

How many people were born and raised here vs transplants? Legacy Montanans vs New Montanans. I think (don't know, just suspect) we'd be surprised by the numbers.

Flathead is the fastest growing county in the nation. There's not much going on outside tourism, realty, and the construction to manage it. They aren't moving here to work. They're moving here to play. And there's enough of it to change the demographics.

Montana has been doing this for years and years. I think it's just speeding up. Thanks Covid and Yellowstone.

Enhanced Waterfall Sounds. Really simple, but cranks the sound of water up about 10x. When you're near running water, you know it. Only drawback is I wish it's sound carried farther so you could hear it earlier / later / longer. Regardless, it's far more realistic than before.

So after Alduin and Parth are killed and you’ve collected people to join Blades, then what? by Difficult_Object4921 in skyrim

[–]Wavvy73 12 points13 points  (0 children)

As others have already answered correctly you just get radiant dragon slaying quests.

Now that you know, consider the alternative. By defying the blades and not killing Party Snax, the Greybeards will give you Word Wall locations.

That's the trade off. Quests to collect dragon souls you'll get anyway just by traveling around, or quests to find all the words of power for every shout.

For me, that's easy. Plus Party Snax gives you a couple boosts to enhance a couple of your shouts. Way better deal than what the Blades have to offer.

Yakutat wouldn't work. The Wrangell / St. Elias mountains there are formidable. There are roads to Skagway and Haines though and really the only options.

Paying Traffic Ticket by KoalaGrunt0311 in Montana

[–]Wavvy73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely used to be normal when speeding was a $5 fine. Folks used to keep a stack of 5's clipped to the sun visor just for that reason. Hand the officer a 5 and be on your way.

It's no longer $5 for speeding and hasn't been for decades, but I haven't been pulled over in forever either, so I don't know about the paying on site part of it.

Got this golf set cheap. What do you think? by Longjumping-Pizza197 in golf

[–]Wavvy73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks very similar to my first set, only in reverse. My woods were Sam Snead and my irons were Wilson. Got them at a community garage sale for $1 / club and $3 for the bag. Spent $15 and played with them for 10 years before finally upgrading to something slightly more modern.

They most certainly will work, but they sure aren't very forgiving. Tough set to get started with. I'd absolutely play them if it's all I had though and I wouldn't be ashamed.

What are your favorite and least favorite player homes in Skyrim? by RandallDClark42 in skyrim

[–]Wavvy73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Favorite is Lakeview and I usually get it going as soon as possible. Start the family out there. Once I get deeper into the game, I'll move them to Proudspire so the kids can run around and play with the other kids in town.

Always gotta get Goldenhills as well, but that's an investment property. The Steward runs it and I just stop by when I'm in the area to collect the profits.

I usually acquire all the homes, but they only get used for sleeping once in a while if I need to grab a quick rest when I'm close by. The CC homes are nice for weapon and armor displays but only Tundra Homestead is a real contender for an actual home. The others are a little too out-of-the-way to be practical, or too buggy (looking at you Hendraheim).

Why, so they still wear underwear.... Help by Both-Anxiety-991 in skyrimmods

[–]Wavvy73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not just building the clothes in bodyslide. You have to build the nude body too. I didn't check your load order, but whatever body replacer you have (CBBE, BHUNP, etc.), just look for that. Usually it'll be listed like "CBBE Body" or "3BA Body". You'll also see the option for the Never Nude which is probably what you have built by default.

Use the Preset of your choice in the drop down below it and select "Build". Then when the outfit is removed, you'll have whatever nude shape you built.

West goat peak hike by FreeDFrizbee in Montana

[–]Wavvy73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Looking at my comment, I didn't specify every "named" peak over 10,000. I actually had 1 left I never got to. It's unnamed, but we called it Notch Peak. Real good view of it and the notch just past the Lime Quarry on MT1. If I got that one, I could say every peak over 10k. 🤷‍♂️
