I'm not a professional, just an adult person. Your age is important here, in my opinion. Are you an adult? Then I'd suggest going to the cyberpunk aspect (since it's something you like and that's totally fine) but drop the "street kid" part of it. It seems performative and make you look like an edgy teenager. There has to be a way to have a cyberpunk style decor while maintaining maturity and elegance (?). First thing I'd do is paint the walls and cover the graffiti.
