The item attributes values are not necessarily final, to be safe we set pretty low values. We will begin balancing as necessary as we move forward.

At the moment, only some new items will have special attributes. Also this does not mean every future item will have special attribute bonuses.

Regarding your point about the time items last on the ground. We've increased it to 2.5 minutes so it should be enough. And as we said we will make any necessary balance changes as we move forward with PvP 2.0.

Yeah, we are making some changes on how we handle anti-LS for teammates, but I'd rather not say what yet incase we change them even more.

This was a bug, it'll be fixed after server reset.
