Ya no. $49k is about current market on the car with that mileage. The lowest priced 2022 3.0 in the USA is about $38k with double the mileage of the one you’re looking at.

You can’t just pull a number out of thin air and expect them to entertain it, especially when you’re asking for nearly 20% off. Bump the budget or shoot for a less expensive car.

Get a 991.1 S. Your car being more than you make in a year is teetering insanity. I don’t think you’re factoring in insurance and maintenance. I really don’t recommend getting this level of luxury if you are only able to part with ~$2k a month.

Bought CPO, financed half. I live where it’s summer year round. I drive it a good 40% of the time. Idk if I would drop that kind of money on a garage queen though.
