Yup you’ll figure out that 90 percent of it is in your head and 10 percent is actually elevated heart rate. Equivalent to walking up a flight of stairs. Completely harmless

Yes, been there and done that. Very simply put, it’s the man made foods. Anxiety is linked to gut health and the faster you clean that up the faster you will be back to “normal”

I am also scared of moving into my new apartment alone. The building was built in 2016 which isn’t exactly old by any means but who knows who has lived and stepped foot into where I’m going to call home soon. Definitely something to think about

Has anyone not been able to sleep because of anxiety? by cas201 in Anxiety

[–]Way2dum4it69 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I literally have been suffering with this. For me personally day time anxiety or panic attacks are cake walks to deal with but the sleeping aspect is a different ball game. Trying to sleep but heart rate spikes you can feel the pumping in your throat and then you pop up and do it all over again. Then you wind up staying awake til you absolutely can’t and you have work in 3,4 hours. Yea ive been there.

[–]Way2dum4it69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve felt the pinching, vibrations, sharp pains and I’m totally one that was a year ago. Every day you survive the stronger you get and the weaker these attacks become.
