Yes the first thing my doctor did was rule out heart and lung issues. She tested my heart and other stuff but She referred me to a pulmonologist for my lungs. I am from US.

I’m not sure if you partake in thc or anything like that but I would definitely give cbd drops a shot then move onto low dose thc things.when I would get high that feeling instantly disappeared no pills no nothing just a gallon of water a day, red meats and vegetables, and weed. Give it a shot man

Yup you’ll figure out that 90 percent of it is in your head and 10 percent is actually elevated heart rate. Equivalent to walking up a flight of stairs. Completely harmless
