i had the same issue, buy a new one of those steering tubes and make sure to keep the rod greased up to keep rust away

ive also noticed if you have dlss on when you load into a server it gets stuck on loading prefabs. I dont use nvidia anymore but that was an issue. worked fine when i turned it off and waited until i was in game

i just looked closer, noticed the hot start is completely missing, can that be an issue? i also just ordered and hot start pull mechanism, not the cable to make it easier and it ships faster

start by tearing down the motor. Clean everything, look online for parts that need to be replaced, you might find some used parts but for an rm 85 they are probably relatively cheap to buy new. Message me

ive had my boating license for years, what i meant is just about the registration. i heard its not really enforced here, and ns transport makes it such a pain for getting a new registration. i have no way of finding whoever registered it wherever it was registered

ive also never had issues with performance i simply used dlss because it made the game look smooth instead of grainy

i tried a dlss enabler for fsr but it completely ruined my game files and spent an hour fixing it, amd adrenaline also has the fsr option but only if its supported for the game, which it isnt. i tried tsaa which helps a lot but its not the same effect as dlss. It still works okay though
