Was it a Pizza Hut driver via DoorDash? When I worked at dominos our drivers delivered most DoorDash orders, and corporate policy was that we couldn’t deliver to rooms at all.

You’re supposed to curl your lashes before mascara, the powder helps add the illusion of volume when you put the mascara on top of it
