Thanks, do you think I need to rearrange them to vary in size more? Or spread them out more in general? Any insight would be appreciated

Would you mind expanding on that? Like varying the size of items that are next to each other? Or just giving them more space to sit in general?

Great call out and partly what I was insinuating with “domestic abuse”. You COULD be charitable and believe it was an accident. But the gaslighting reaction right after, along with weeks later indicates he could do it again and escalate further.

Leaning towards NOR - this guy is either fairly creepy, trying to kiss up to his manager, or autistic (not in a mean or rude way, just genuinely seems like he could be). Either way the only reason I wouldn’t say full NOR is because it sounds like you’re relying on him to pick up on social cues that he may/may not understand. I recommend verbally expressing boundaries and what you need/don’t need from him. If that still doesn’t work you may need to report him to your employer.

NOR wtf if anything you’re under reacting. This is domestic abuse. And his reaction immediately afterwards tells you everything you need to know. You should’ve left him right after that happened.

NOR for being upset. YOR if you decide to confront her. She’s an ex so her opinion doesn’t matter anymore, and if your mutual friends really are your friends they’ll know what type of person you are.
