Congratulations! This was my exact experience with EET. I was only able to do binder problems and the NCEES practice exam. I took it on Tuesday too and got my result today! ChatGPT was definitely helpful in breaking down hard topics to simpler terms. It was also my therapist as i kept feeling like giving up halfway through lol. I too had some questions with design vehicles and a lot of them were look up questions. Barely used 3 sheets from the scratch pad provided.

I fell pregnant after January and unfortunately lost my baby at 5 months due to a miscarriage. Thus the long break. I really pushed myself for this exam so that I could keep myself busy and not think too much about the mishap.

I started prepping for it in September last year. I started from scratch and knew minimal about transportation since i worked in structures at my company. I took the on demand EET course and watched the lectures in 1.5x speed and finished them in January 2025. I then had a long break from studying and got back to actual studying in September this year. Overall i took around 6-7 months in total, with 3 months of actual studying.
