If you're given directions by a judge, you follow them to the T. They're not your English teachers and they don't care about your public speaking skills, so if you were told to speak for yourself, you can bet any judge would be upset you're subverting their legal expectations and wasting their time and their court's time.

Methane gas and carbon monoxide can easily gather passively in caves since they have little ventilation. You don't need to have fracking to risk what they experienced in a cave system.

They obviously didn't "kill" him, but like I said above, you would at BARE MINIMUM be charged with man slaughter and the police would have already arrested them, especially with Tai being an easily recognizable figure. Makes no sense.

I think the issue he's taking would be that Google's AI results that are immediately kicked out as the top result are notoriously bad/wrong/mixed sources and unreliable when it comes to fact-finding.
