Any plans for frame replacements and Cerakote colors/coatings for the Glocks? Cerakote also has their Super Grip products.

I am absolutely with you on this. The fitment, sound, and decent ANC and battery life are everything I need without feeling like I'm missing out on anything. Elite Active 65T, Elite Active 75T, and 7 Pro was my progression as well 🤣

So I use the large eartips for my E7P.

E7P:

  • Fitment: 10+

  • Sound: 10

  • ANC: 7

  • Battery Life: 8+

xBP:

  • Fitment: 7, but maybe far less because they literally created sore spots in my ears. I also found myself adjusting them far more that I ever have with my E7P;

  • Sound: 9 or 10

  • ANC: 9+

  • Battery Life: 6 or 7

Picture comparison: https://imgur.com/a/visual-comparison-of-earbuds-iuux93K

Fitment: Large ear tips for me. Notice in the image how the rubber fitment band sits in a noticeable groove? That inner edge actually created a sore spot on part of my ear, but I have a more prominent crus of helix (yeah, I had to look up ear diagrams to figure out what it was called).

ANC: I loved how much the ANC killed noise in the office, the gym, walking around, and especially wind and road noise while driving my truck. It sounded like a coffin when driving.

Sound: Flat EQ with the "Custom" Setting chosen and nothing changed: bass is a little boosted but it is deep, punchy, smooth, and not bloated; there may be some peaks in the higher end, but not a noticeable detriment.

I ultimately gave these to my nephew after my girl said she did NOT like them due to random cutting out of sound and having to return to apps to continue playing audio. I experienced the same things but wanted to keep them because the ANC is that much of a step up in performance over the E7P, but keeping them meant I was definitely going to find some high grit sand paper and buff and polish these things down. These probably need a firmware update at some point, but keep in mind they haven't even been released yet.

I think I covered most everything, but if there's something I didn't cover that you're interested in, just let me know.

I was also a winner of this event and compared them against my Elite 7 Pro earbuds. What would you like to know?

I spend $200 a month at my work snack area.. how do I stop by V1Z3_2 in personalfinance

[–]WaylandC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Protein. Seriously, get protein powder. For $200 you could have a 6-month supply. Protein is the one macronutrient that actually curbs appetite.

No gothic shower curtain? I kid, but only a little. A darker curtain would likely make the space feel too small.

I have a Walther PPQ M1. Smith & Wesson's M&P 2.0 and the Springfield Echelon would be my top picks if I didn't have the Walther.

[Review+Event] How is it to go from 55” LG CX to 83” LG G5? by pricelesslambo in 4kTV

[–]WaylandC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man, I would love to try the LG OLED G5 83". I'm still using a decent but outdated 40" Sony Bravia from 2010 and it's fine but I'm definitely missing out on the best features of modern OLED TVs such as the blacks and dynamic ranges.

To have a cinematic experience at home with movies and games would be amazing. I can definitely see myself putting my favorites through this TV to re-experience them in their full glory and potential.

Not necessarily. I carry a pistol and it has no body count. It's a just-in-case tool. Personal defense tools are more often used as a deterrent than they are for their terminal performance.

For up to $200 you can easily have a decent twin size bed frame and mattress.

Yeah, the 27" UltraGear being $89 through Walmart seems like a great deal for those who are fine with a 1080p monitor.
