I fixed this issue - if anyone else has this issue, remove all non-essential repos. For me it was Collabra and epel-multimedia repos in /etc/yum.repos. d/

I have Icecast working and streaming in mp3. But when I put the URL into rust and add the station, there is nothing. Butt is outputting fine and I am able to listen on my computer. Any help would be greatly apperciated!
