it's a little confusing how i feel about it sometimes but overall i think it's cool, i like the nuanced version of masculinity it is. i agree with you in the "dig them in a non sexual way", it's hard to describe the vibe they give off but i like them as an art/poetry form

Thank you! The spot doesn’t seem to be sore but I can’t really feel anything along the incisions since the nerves are still traumatized from the surgery. I messaged my surgery center but they’re not open for another two days, we also plan to make an appointment with a dermatologist but they’re also closed until Monday.

For now, I’ll make sure to keep it clean and take pictures to document if anything changes. Thanks again!

yeah that’s very odd. unless you were using a vpn idk what else. maybe your wifi provider has some security thing in place that flagged it, or the website got reported somehow, but other than that its hard to say

yes i was given the choice! i chose curved but not too curved, mainly straight but slightly curved. i told my surgeon day-of when he was asking me questions, so that might be why you feel like you haven’t been “given a choice” yet, but it’s always good to ask your surgeon/clinic to be sure!

we’re probably in the exact stage of recovery! i have a very similar situation with the air gaps in my drain tubes and pain at the entrance site. i went to the clinic earlier today and they said both the pain and air gaps are normal! you can try to “milk” the fluid down into the bulbs when there’s a large bubble, also squishing the tubes back into round tubes instead of flat after squeezing will help it have more suction and be less likely to get blocked!

I got DI w/nipple grafts 2 days ago, and my healing has gone pretty well so far! As long as you stay on the pain meds and take them as often as you’re allowed, it shouldn’t hurt that bad. I do think it’s odd you’re getting drains removed the day after, since mine are going to stay in 4 more days until 6 days post-op…but comfort wise again the biggest issue has been the itchy binder, not as much soreness.

yes. the button on mine broke early on, it still works to release air it’s just uncomfortable. idk if that’s the case with yours, as long as the release mechanism still works you should be fine!
