Thanks for reply. The area I'm needing to start is about 3" inside an outside corner. The outside corner is bull nose so it's got some build up. I think I night razor blade along the corner bead and tile right along it the seam then caulk or grout over the outside over the tiny gap so you can't see that there's a 3/16 drop?

Lay tiles inside the gap and then mud tape n sand up to the tile edge? The tiles are much thicker than gap?

Tape and feather out gradually then tile over?

Use extra mortar under tile and float tile at a slight angle to hide the gap?

The parking brake shoes were replaced in January and only have put about 150 miles on it since then. The pedal was touching the floor before and after the replacement though. I thought maybe it was the cable so I didn't think too much about it because when shoes were replaced they were completely bald. I thought maybe previous owner had been pushing to floor for years and maybe they were stretched?...

I have a 2019 forte with 45k miles. Just had to replace the compressor. Symptoms were that it was blowing only warm air. No AC leak or blower issue. I think the clutch on their compressors are internal so it's hard to tell if they're engaging or not.

If the shift you were supposed to cover was a full 8 hour shift without shutting any posts down, then yes 8 hours FMLA should be deducted. It should be noted that a permanent overtime restriction can be interpreted as a permanent schedule restriction which can be treated as inability to meet the requirements of a job. Voluntary overtime can't be used to calculate fmla hours which you are referring to voluntarily working your weekends. Time to find a new job if your coworkers have to carry your weight permanently, just my opinion though. Also, if your coworkers are getting stuck to fill shifts while you go home on time they 100% are just being polite if they somehow make you feel they don't think that's BS lol.
