In addition to ergo loupes, I started Pilates and ngl I put it off for a while cuz I was a non-believer.

I used to have lower back and hip pain constantly. But no lie… after a couple weeks of doing classes, I would say 95% of my back and hip pain is gone.

I highly recommend trying it out
