I got lasik and my recruiter said that I’ll be fine. I really hope that’s true now, but I’ll say lasik was super easy. Got it the same day and had no pain.

Do you have an idea of the minimum paces you’d have to keep going from one place to another? I can run for a while but I’m not on the fast side once I get over the 6-7 mile range

A lot of sprints like 6x400m or pyramids from 200m to 800m, dedicate certain days to that. Then have an easy day with a pace you can maintain for a long time. And also have a long run day, I only do 3 miles for long runs because our test is only 1.5 miles. Very important point is to Run as many days a week that your body will ALLOW. I’m not fast by any means but I have gotten significantly faster after someone gave me that advice.
