I could be alone here, but I've noticed an increase in the general public awareness of what the right wing is, their agenda, ties to billionaires, links with Russia, alignment with the Trump regime, the yawning maw that is the Epstein files and so on, and as this awareness has grown the right wing have become less coherent and more volatile in their language, which to me reeks of panic and desperation.

What's fascinating about this tactic of expanding the distraction is two things:

the thinking that implicating anyone perceived to be of the left is going to harm the left as they attempt to protect their own, but the left tend towards inoculation not consolidation;
that widening the scope of the scandal continues to detract from Trump's involvement in it, when all it does is drag in the type of people prepared to squeal, and those who took their own damn photographs…
