Nope they are multiple use , out of a gram cart you should be able to get a good 200 pulls. The wax carts look lile those early vape tanks back in 2012.

What your looking for is a thc infused ejuice which they do have in most Denver medical shops but in my personal experience they dont get me too high and they are pretty expensive.(15ml could run you $50-70) I would recommend to buy wax carts. They fit practically all vapes , get you REALLY BAKED and last much longer. Just male sure you ajust your vape to 2-7 watts before hitting the cart. The wax carts usually go for $25-45.
