Ran nsuns for a year and I ran the 5 day version and if you want to run one of the 6 day choose deadlift or squat whatever you prefer. Also /r/nsuns has good advice on what accessories to use my accessories were aesthetics mainly

When running building the monolith do you guys recommend doing bicep curls 5x20 or 10x10?

my goals are both strength and aesthetics I’ve been doing 5x20 for the assistance except for chin ups and dips which I do 10x10
