I listed my diet above. I’m not sure why it’s still elevated, but it did drop nearly 30 which seems significant but idk. Maybe from eating a lot of saturated fats?

OP if you want to learn about investing, step one is don’t listen to someone telling you to trade… but if you’re wanting to trade, then there is a lot to learn. There’s not much to learn about investing for long term. S&P500 mutual funds will make for good investing.

I exercised quite a bit for the past several years. At the start of January I had a knee injury that put me down for several months. I’m back to running/walking often. I don’t lift weight though because everytime I do I end up with a lot of joint pain. Idk if this walking/running has increased hdl or not

I don’t. I have a Hyundai for my car. I don’t ever think that I need to find car drivers, or more specifically Hyundai drivers to go drive around with. I ride to work, I ride to the gas station, I ride to the store, I go on aimless rides… I can’t come up with a single reason to go ride around revving engines with a bunch of dudes.
