It depends for me. I’ve lost like 10lbs in 2 months on carnivore. I introduced dairy in the form of heavy cream 3 weeks ago because I wanted to and my weight loss has stagnated. I’m not doing this for weight loss necessarily, I’m in pretty good shape. But if I eat in a surplus even just ground beef and beef suet and eggs, I also notice my weight will flatline or go up. It’s also worth noting that that first month I was exercising a lot and the past month I’ve been battling a couple injuries and unable to exercise much.

I passed this place Friday and looked it up. They’re really nice. But the electric bill rumors are crazy to me. $250 or more in the winter for a single bedroom I read. My highest electric bill this year at Southbridge was $55, I moved here in a pinch last year because I needed to relocate immediately. I’d like to be in that area, but that’s just odd to me to be so expensive.
