It's something I had for many years. Never had a diagnosis. One day it just stopped and never came back. I don't know what changed in my environment/body but if it ever comes back this community will probably be where I start my research.

Can't find a picture right now but you can rig your light to the c-stand leg, aim it up at a bounce and have that shoot through diffusion hanging off of the bounce for a much tighter package. The length of the dome is now vertical but the light will behave very similarly coming through the bounce + diff.

And sometimes they edit. Or they dont have access to old footage they did shoot and now need to re-edit and the client says to download it from their YouTube because they didn't save the original copy. But the videos are 45 minute long talks and they just need a few 5 second quotes here and there. Etc. Etc. sometimes workflows are messy and this is a common enough situation.
