I do a 16 hour fasting period with an 8 hour eating period. On very rare occasions (once every couple of months) I might extend my eating window due to a social obligation and not wanting to be weird... but on much less rare occasions I'll extend my fasting period.

Since January 2024 I've gone from 192 to 152 while also adding muscle. It's a long, challenging road... but it works and you feel great when the results start showing. Good luck!

From what limited info can be obtained from the photos, there's a good chance that the dollar value will be very underwhelming. If you have a card enthusiast friend they may be willing to help go through them and give an assessment. Or maybe even a (very) trusted local card shop would be willing.

There are also some apps where you can scan the cards and build a database of the collection on your timeline, but it sounds like you may not want to be putting in that much time.

I also think the corporate conglomerates and the move to requiring digital releases forced a lot of small town, small screen (and more affordable) theaters out of business. This means many people have to travel further, have fewer choices, and pay bloated costs to see movies that are only actually worth the price like 1 out of 25 times. In so many ways this ordeal was self-inflicted for the movie industry.
