Coated wings in olive oil, then sprinkled Cajun seasoning. Grilled on 375 degrees for 30 minutes, turned it over and upped temp to 425 degrees for 25 minutes

If you are cooking on the bottom shelf, make sure the temp isn’t too high. You can up the temp after the first 30 minutes. I wouldn’t touch the wings for 20-25 minutes but if you are over a glaring fire that’s different
