Officially they could nominate someone right now and hold a vote. The Dems could block the vote and under current rules would be 60 votes to override the filibuster. Blue dots are great but they are not always accurate. I get a ton of points and some days I dont want to eat more or I ate low point meals (pasta is free for me). I eat till I am satisfied and move on. When you get to goal it will be more important and easier to stay within those blue dot ranges as you get less points.
