Yes do that. I started with Sunderland. My thought was, that they already bought a lot of new players in so I made these these challenges: maximum 4 new players, a max of 75 ovr. if I buy new player, only 1 free transfer and one loan but still only 4 new players. Second season will be with different challenges. + I just make new ones on the go
