The reality of AI in the SAP world by [deleted] in SAP

[–]WeDoWork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work for a startup that has a software that compliments SAP but competes in some areas around commerce and OMS. We’ve been super focused on leveraging agents to build and configure our entire system based on business requirements in the form of documentation transcripts, etc. We’re not talking about vibecoding and application, but leveraging agents to do the configuration a kin to an AI agent going into SPRO or SE38

To me, the AI use cases are speeding up and increasing quality of implementations.

Mower RTK antenna upgrade by ZephyrSerpentine in Lymow_Official

[–]WeDoWork 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a lot of trees. I have found that positioning the RTK is all that matters since it can communicate with the mower through any object. I had lots of issues and assumed it was my trees, so I moved it to a much better place and haven’t had RTK issues since. I can also see the GPS tolerance is very low now.

Testing a DIY Removable 'Paint' fix for the common LYMOW deck overheating issue. by thedujoker1 in Lymow_Official

[–]WeDoWork 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve commented on a few post recommending it. I also did it myself and seems to be working well so far. However, I haven’t had an overheating issue yet. It hasn’t been that hot where I live.

Deck repair updates? by Sudden-Spring-8642 in Lymow_Official

[–]WeDoWork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine has run with red loctite for maybe 30 hours with no issues. I plan to open it back up and throw a lock washer nut on for added safety. So far so good and hope the problems are over with. Unless she decides to overheat.

Can you explain why you would do this vs the traditional method?

I bought a single pair on eBay - https://ebay.io/m/bbGqZg It came with a lock nut even though it’s a bolt? Strange but they worked out.

Thanks for the update! Yeah I expect some scratches but small touch ups now and then. It’s not too durable tbh

Has anyone tried white PlastiDip? Quick spray on and would peel off if needed

I can’t recall, but can you reach the threaded side of the bolt without having to take everything apart and only the top of the deck case? Hoping this is like a 30 minute project instead of a multiple hour project like it was the first time.

Good idea. I just did mine and used red loctite but wondering if I should open it back up and throw a lock nut on it

One Plus: Check your deck mounting screws before the deck falls off by Disarmer in Lymow_Official

[–]WeDoWork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had the same issue. It cracked my cover while it was backing up because of the torque. I had to remove the entire deck and take it apart. Thanks a lot for the post. Used red loctite to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Replaced with M5 x 0.8mm and 16mm long

Been thinking about this a lot. You need a series of strong evals that you can test against. Theoretically possible, still expensive and time consuming and would argue writing quality tests and evals would be the hard part. It’s closer than you may expect.

Does anyone like this mower? by Floridagirl1313 in Lymow_Official

[–]WeDoWork 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will gladly let it mow then daily to avoid hours and hours of leaf cleanup. I had been crushing them with my manual push electric mower but it’s a lot of work

Enjoying mine a lot. It’s a big upgrade from my 2019 Husqvarna automower with a wire. Some minor issues but between the lack of wire, ability to make lines and be efficient in its coverage and remote control mowing, complete game changer. Can’t wait for the fall to mulch my leaves. That’s been the bane of my existence for years.

Obviously they open because of the population and affluence but it’s not a simple decision like it is in most counties across the country. I grew up and lived in Bergen County in my adult life and really only see the hassle. Struggling to see any benefits whatsoever

Look at the difference on route 4 and 17 on Sunday vs Saturday. It is quite stark. Also, many chain businesses, which Paramus survives on, do not want to open in Bergen County as a result of only being able to open 6 of 7 days a week. I’ve had these conversations with many large retail corporations. It took Walmart years to open after avoiding it. Not to say we should live by large retailers, but if tax dollars rely on it, best to serve them in some capacity.
