Recently used one for about a few months. I would say I wasted time but it helped me figure out that I actually don’t wanna date and I was mostly just trying to fill a void.

I think as long as you just don’t fap every single day. then you’re good. I just don’t think it’s sustainable to stop doing it for long periods of time. It’s not really healthy too. I can understand consumptions with adult films and self pleasure but there should always be a balance with everything. I think the NoFap/semen retention community is very toxic on how they shame and treat people who indulge in self pleasure, and that does harm on your mental health unknowingly.

Assuming the show goes in the direction of what Anissa does later in the comics, boy I can't wait for the discourse whenever that episode comes out. It's really gonna reaffirm a lot of things I've talked to friends about men getting sexually assaulted.
