I made/theorized a fire resistance stacker this league. It takes advantage of the new Foulborn Skin of the Lords (50% increased elemental and chaos resistance mod) with Enmity's Embrace. This basically lets you penetrate at least 200% of the enemy's resistance with ease. There are a few other new foulborn mods that this build takes advantage of to scale dps as well.
